Mr. Wang Zhengzhi is a partner at Globe-Law Law Firm, a doctoral supervisor at Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and a member of the Fourth and Fifth National Intellectual Property Expert Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the 10th National Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology, and served as the director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association during its 9th and 10th sessions. Additionally, he is a council member of the Inter Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) for the China region and an arbitrator for institutions such as CIETAC, WIPO, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and the Saudi International Arbitration Centre. He has presided over several landmark intellectual property cases in the Supreme Court and has authored works including “China Intellectual Property Index Report,” “Research on Contemporary Legal Hot Topics,” and “The Process of Identifying Time-Honored Brands and Full Record of Intellectual Property Protection.” He has also served as the chief editor of the “China International Intellectual Property Arbitration Annual Report” for four consecutive years.
