Timur Akhundov is a Partner at BIRCH LEGAL (formerly the Russian offices of Eversheds Sutherland) with almost 20 years of practice. He focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, corporate structuring, joint ventures, restructuring and regulatory matters.

He is actively working with the firm’s clients from across the Asia-Pacific region, including India, Korea, China and Japan, on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border projects.

Timur has been recommended both by international and domestic ratings (Legal 500, Pravo-300) and recognised as a Rising Star for his work in corporate and M&A matters.
