Steve Johns is an M&A Partner at Hall & Wilcox in Australia. He co leads the firm’s Technology and Digital Economy Practice and is a member of the firm’s AI Steering Committee.

Steve specialises in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, with particular expertise in transactions across the technology, life sciences, biotechnology and services sectors. He has a strong focus on cross border transactions, especially those involving the United States. Steve has worked in the US and regularly advises US clients on Australian transactions. He has also worked extensively across South East Asia and the Pacific.

Steve holds an LLM and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Sydney.
