Romanee’s practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial law, including international and Chinese domestic investment and trade, M&A, corporate compliance and dispute resolution. She has also gained extensive legal practice in environmental issues and cases, green finance, as well as active engagement in cross-border sustainability initiatives.
She is the Chairperson-Elect of the IPBA Environmental Law Committee, and the Vice-chair of Foreign Related Legal Committee of Jiangxi Lawyers Association. Romanee is also a member of the Foreign-related Matters Senior Class Organized by Ministry of Justice of China and an Arbitrator of the Central Asian Court of International Arbitration, She is likewise considered as one of the Experts for Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes (for One of the National Intellectual Property Protection Centers in China). In 2020, Romanee was a representative and Speaker of the Young Lawyers of Cross-straits Four Regions Forum.
