Parveen is a partner at BTG Advaya and leads the Projects, Energy, and Infrastructure practice. He has nearly three decades of experience in legal, commercial, regulatory, and management roles across the infrastructure, power, renewable energy, and manufacturing sectors.
He extensively advises on commercial contracting for large energy and infrastructure projects, including high-value EPC, turnkey, O&M, and long-term supply arrangements. He also represents companies before regulatory commissions and appellate tribunals.
Before joining BTG, he served as Director – Legal and General Counsel at Vestas India, a global leader in manufacturing and supplying wind turbines. Previously, he managed the legal and secretarial functions of a London Stock Exchange–listed company involved in the oil and gas sector.
Apart from being a law graduate from Delhi University, Parveen is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
