Paras is a Partner in Rajah & Tann. Paras has extensive experience in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, and regularly represents clients before the Singapore Courts and arbitral tribunals in both institutional and ad hoc proceedings. He also sits as arbitrator, and is empaneled with the SIAC, HKIAC, ICDR, KCAB, DIAC and THAC.
