Ms. Tayal is an Associate Partner at KNM & Partners Law Offices and is part of the Dispute Resolution Team at the Delhi office. She is an arguing counsel and primarily practices in Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Matrimonial laws. She joined the Firm in 2018 and has been practicing before all Fora’s since then. With more than 16 years of professional experience, she has advised several clients, both in the public and private sector, on general commercial litigation including strategy and conflict advisory in potential dispute situations. She has worked for State of Punjab in its Original Suit against State of Haryana before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in relation to electricity and water disputes. She has represented a PSU in an Arbitration, wherein the quantum claimed of twenty-five thousand crores, against the PSU was negated by the Tribunal.

Ms. Tayal has handled commercial litigations before several High Courts in India (particularly New Delhi, Punjab and Haryana and Kolkata), and being an Advocate on Record has experience of handling complex matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. She also conducts trials in various Domestic Arbitrations and often appears as counsel in the matters for the clients of the Firm. She is empanelled with several public sector undertakings and private companies.
