Naresh Thacker is an independent counsel with over 25 years of experience specializing in litigation and international arbitration, with a particular focus on corporate commercial and construction, infrastructure, and energy sector disputes. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India as well as the Bombay and Delhi High Courts, and has acted in complex matters arising out of major infrastructure projects, including roads, railways, ports, airports, SEZ terminals, and industrial plants, often governed by EPC and FIDIC contracts.
