Matthew is a Partner at Rajah & Tann, based in Singapore, and practicing primarily in the sphere of construction and infrastructure law. Matthew has been involved on a variety of projects across Singapore and other countries in Asia, ranging from industrial and residential projects to power plants and waste treatment facilities. He advises both employers and contractors on all stages of the project life cycle, from tender submission to contract administration and settling of final accounts. He has experience in arbitrations conducted under various arbitration rules, statutory adjudication of construction disputes, as well as in general commercial litigation.
