Dr Martin Imhof is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate transactions. He advises on transactions from the initial idea to completion, with strategic foresight, an international background, and a keen sense of economic aspects.

With his extensive experience in the national and international markets, Martin assists strategic and private equity investors in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and investments, buyouts, raise of venture and growth capital, general corporate and commercial matters and the formation and structuring of international joint ventures.
