Kristina Winkelmann is a partner at the Nishimura & Asahi Brussels office, where she leads the EU Competition Law Practice.

Kristina advises on merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and antitrust compliance, representing mainly Asian clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, and the EU Courts. She also has particular expertise in filings and compliance under the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR).
