Hong is a Partner at LNT & Partners, one of the Big Four Vietnamese law firms. Having advised foreign investors in Vietnam for nearly 30 years, Hong focuses on M&A, Corporate and Commercial matters. He advises on joint ventures, acquisitions, restructuring, merger control and complex contractual arrangements.

Mr. Hong has been consecutively recognized by the In-House Community as “Commended External Counsel of the Year” for 8 times consecutively (2017–2025), and is widely regarded for his thought leadership on foreign investment and corporate governance in Vietnam.
