Frederic is a graduate of University of Law of Paris – Panthéon Assas and holds an MBA in Finance from California State University East Bay.
Frederic is a member of both the California and Paris Bars as well as holds dual French and US citizenship.
A recognized practitioner, he is a past Co–Chair of the Cross–Border Investment Committee of the Inter–Pacific Bar Association, where he has regularly spoken and moderated panels on various topics interesting M&A and Private Equity.
