Bjoern Otto is a certified employment lawyer and partner of international law firm CMS. A main focus of Bjoern’s practice is on transformation projects, outsourcing and restructuring as well as privatization. Bjoern has particular expertise in the fields of (national and international) boardroom codetermination, matrix structures of multinationals, the establishment of compliance structures, insolvency specific employment law, European and SE (Societas Europaea) Works Council issues and cross-border reorganization projects. Also, Bjoern regularly advises on the implementation of ERP-, AI- and other IT-systems and (cloud-based) software solutions.
