Anselm is a M&A partner at Gleiss Lutz, one of the leading independent law firms in Germany, and a member of the firm’s Asia practice. Anselm specializes in cross-border M&A transactions with a focus on EU inbound transactions by investors from China, Korea, Japan and other parts of Asia. In addition, Anselm advises German companies on their investments in Asia. During his legal training, Anselm worked in different parts of Asia.
