Claudio focuses his practice on local and cross-border M&A, corporate reorganization, private equity and joint venture transactions. He also advises on regulatory matters involving publicly-held and closely-held companies, as well as capital market transactions and financing. Claudio is admitted to practice law in New York.  He previously worked as a foreign associate at Sidley Austin LLP and senior associate at the international law firms Shearman & Sterling and Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP.
