Before joining French firms, Bernard was for 7 years a partner with White&Case in Paris and for 11 years counsel with Clifford Chance including 4 years secondment to Japan.
Bernard graduated from HEC business school, and from Paris Pantheon Assas University in Public and in Private law with a PhD on International Taxation.
He was a panel speaker in IPBA Tokyo, Chicago and now Delhi.
