Ben is at the forefront of MinterEllison’s practice in Asia. He is an experienced and trusted M&A adviser for major corporations in both Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Ben has developed longstanding relationships with the most pre-eminent strategics and investors from Japan, China and Singapore.

In Australia Ben has been a trusted adviser for Qantas Airways on a wide range of M&A transactions for over 15 years.

Ben has advised specialist defence contractors in Australia on their defence procurement arrangements. He also advised Qantas Airways on the sale of Qantas Defence Services to Northrop Grumman.

Ben has been involved with the IPBA since 2014 and looks forward to the conference returning to Sydney in 2026.
