Ashish is a Partner in the M&A and Private Equity Practice Group in Khaitan & Co’s Mumbai office. He has well over two decades of experience on advising foreign and Indian corporations, private equity and venture capital funds on corporate and commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), private equity and venture capital investments, franchising and also on sports laws.

Ashish works closely with and assists the Firm’s Executive Committee and Managing Partner on key strategic, management and business development initiatives and is a part of the Firm’s Management Team. Ashish is also an officer of the International Bar Association and a former Co-Chair of its India Working Group.
