Andreanna is a Partner in the Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities (IEU) practice and concurrently leads the ESG practice at Zaid Ibrahim & Co. She advises boards, climate‑finance start‑ups, public‑listed companies and MNCs on ESG‑related laws and regulations, with a focus on energy transition pathways, decarbonisation strategies and sustainability‑linked regulations, including carbon/REC instruments, disclosure obligations and greenwashing risk management, amongst others. With eight years’ corporate finance and securities experience, she integrates ESG into structuring, diligence and governance. A Chevening scholar with an LLM with focus on Green Financing from Queen Mary University of London, she brings a grounded, cross‑disciplinary perspective to climate‑finance structures and regulatory coherence across jurisdictions.
