With deep expertise in cross-border disputes, he is empanelled as an arbitrator with leading institutions, including HKIAC, DIAC, and SIAC. Previously, he headed the International Dispute Resolution practice at Nishith Desai Associates in New Delhi, and was with the firm for nearly 12 years, representing clients in high-profile arbitrations and litigation before top Indian courts.
