Alipak is the founder of Alipak Banerjee Law Chambers, a New Delhi-based boutique specialising in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, as well as complex commercial, regulatory, and white-collar litigation. With deep expertise in cross-border disputes, he is empanelled as an arbitrator with leading institutions, including HKIAC, DIAC, and SIAC. Previously, he headed the International Dispute Resolution practice at Nishith Desai Associates in New Delhi, and was with the firm for nearly 12 years, representing clients in high-profile arbitrations and litigation before top Indian courts. Alipak is actively involved with prominent international bodies such as the AAA/ICDR, IBA, and YMCIA, and has contributed to key initiatives on AI in arbitration and insolvency.
