Ms. Ankit Khushu
Ms. Khushu is a Partner at Kachwaha and Partners based in New Delhi, India with her primary focus on complex commercial arbitration and disputes involving infrastructure, power, construction and telecom sectors. She has extensive experience in high-stakes multi-million dollar international and domestic arbitrations under ICC, SIAC, DIAC, LCIA Rules. She also handles enforcement and challenge proceedings before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
She has been recognised as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in the Dispute Resolution – Litigation section of ‘The Legal 500: Asia Pacific’ since 2021. She also features in the BW Legal World ‘40 under 40’ lawyers, Legal Leaders and Legal Influencers list for 2021 (all India list). She has also featured in the All India Forbes Legal Powerlist 2022.
She is a regular speaker / panelist at both national and international conferences. She has been recently appointed as the At Large India Jurisdictional Member of the IPBA from 2025-2028.
