Yixiao is a German qualified lawyer and partner at the leading independent and full-service German law firm, Gleiss Lutz. She focuses on cross-border transactions between Europe and Asia. In particular, Yixiao advises Asian clients (in particular Chinese, Singaporean and Southeast Asian clients) on their investments in Germany and vice versa, German clients on their business activities in Asia.

Yixiao has been recognized as one of the “40 under 40 in Corporate Law” by the German legal directory JUVE in 2025.

Yixiao is passionate about her day-to-day work as an M&A lawyer as well as being a cultural bridge builder. Besides her legal practice, Yixiao is a dedicated yoga practitioner and certified yoga instructor. She also loves to scuba dive around Southeast Asia.
