Jack Li is the Founding Partner of Jin Mao Partners, the 30th President of the IPBA and Chair of AI Committee, National Expert in Administrative Adjudication and Administrative Reconsideration recognized by the Supreme People’s Court and the Ministry of Justice of China, is an Arbitrator of more than 60 international and domestic arbitration commissions. He is Vice President of the Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators.
