Jack Hayes, Partner, Steptoe LLP is based in Washington DC . He provides advice to financial institutions and to clients in the aerospace and defense, energy, and natural resource industries regarding U.S. economic sanctions, export controls, antiboycott, antimony laundering, and anticorruption laws and regulations.  Jack conducts investigations and handles civil and criminal enforcement, regulatory, and defense matters involving the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, Bureau of Industry & Security, Office of Antiboycott Compliance, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, National Nuclear Security Administration, and Department of Justice.
