Ms Swee Yen Koh is a Senior Counsel and Head of the International Arbitration Practice at WongPartnership LLP. She is a member of the ICC Court and a Board member of the Swiss Arbitration Association. She previously served as Co-Chair of the IPBA Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee and as Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee. She specialises in complex, high-value, and multi-jurisdictional disputes, with particular experience in asset recovery, commodities, energy, fraud, infrastructure, international trade, joint ventures, transport, and technology. She has acted in numerous international commercial and investor-state arbitrations, as well as in landmark cases before the Singapore courts. She is admitted to practise in England & Wales and before the DIFC Courts. Consistently ranked among the leading advocates in dispute resolution and recognised as a global thought leader in litigation and international arbitration, she also sits as an arbitrator and has been designated by Singapore to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators.
