Dr. Jean-Claude BEAUJOUR is an attorney at the Paris Bar and practices law with Harlay law firm. Jean-Claude has an extensive experience in international commercial dispute resolution and aviation law. Jean-Claude is chair of the Aviation Committee of the IPBA and a lecturer at the Université du transport aérien in France (UTA).

Since 2026, Jean-Claude has been running the international AVIATION NEWS network, which brings together professionals from the aviation sector (manufacturers, subcontractors, airlines, regulators) to discuss operational issues.

Wai Fong has rich experience in corporate and commercial, insurance, tort, aviation and land disputes. She appears regularly in Court and in arbitration. She regularly acts for State investment agencies, government linked companies and insurance companies in arbitration. Amongst others, she has been involved in State projects such as the groundwater extraction project and waste to energy project. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2000. She has been a partner in the Dispute Resolution Department of Shearn Delamore & Co. since 2010. She has been an Advocacy Trainer for the Malaysian Bar since 2016. She has conducted advocacy training locally and in other jurisdictions namely in Singapore and Hong Kong. She is a member of the Advocacy Training Committee of the Malaysian Bar.

Angela Y. Lin is the deputy CEO and a partner at the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. Angela assisted various local and foreign clients in many large Taiwan infrastructure projects, including Independent Power Plants, the Taiwan High Speed Rail Project, the Taiwan Fourth Nuclear Power Plant Project, the Taoyuan Airport MRT Project and Offshore Wind Power Projects. Angela’s forte lies in construction litigation, arbitration and mediation, and she is active in local and international arbitration societies. Angela is LAWASIA Vice President, executive director of the Taiwan Bar Association, director of the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (“CAA”) and the Vice-Chairperson of the CAA Mediation Center.

Jonathan Humphrey is a partner at HKA and specialises in the quantification of lost profits arising from breach of contracts and warranties, valuations resulting from expropriation and shareholder disputes and quantification of damages in respect of class actions, insurance claims and M&A disputes. Jonathan works across all sectors, including cryptocurrency, oil & gas, energy, space and construction, in the context of commercial and investment treaty cases. He is recognised annually by Lexology Index as a Global Elite Thought Leader.

Samantha J. Rowe is a partner in Debevoise & Plimpton’s International Dispute Resolution and Public International Law Groups and co-leads the firm’s ESG Group. Ms. Rowe has represented private clients, States and State-owned entities across multiple jurisdictions in arbitrations and litigations before domestic and international courts and tribunals, governed by various substantive laws and conducted under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, UNCITRAL and SIAC.  She is a solicitor advocate (England & Wales) and admitted to the New York bar.  Ms. Rowe is listed in The Legal 500’s International Arbitration Powerlist, and by Who’s Who Legal (2026) as a thought leader for arbitration. Chambers Global (2024), Chambers UK (2026) and The Legal 500 UK (2026) recommend her for International Arbitration, and The Legal 500 UK further recommends her for Public International Law.
