How the Development of Artificial intelligence (AI) Affects the Practice of M&A

Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to transform the practice of Cross-Border M&A significantly, for example both in the phase of the due diligence and in the phase of drafting. Five years ago, it was still a “future prediction” to use AI in M&A practice. However, nowadays, it is practical choice for many lawyers to proactively use AI in M&A practice. In this session, we will focus on how the development of Artificial intelligence (AI) have affected or will affect the practice of M&A.
