QUAK Fi Ling is a M&A Partner with WongPartnership LLP, a leading independent firm in Singapore. Her main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, private equity investments and corporate and commercial transactions. Fi Ling has represented private equity firms, investment banks and major corporations on a wide range of corporate matters.

She also co-heads the firm’s Private Equity Practice and the Sustainability and Responsible Business Practice.

Thanks, is an Equity Partner with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, a leading full-service law firm in India and specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity, with a strong background in General Corporate practice. Mithun also advises global clients on strategy formulation and implementation in connection with high stakes commercial and shareholder litigations/arbitrations in India and overseas.

Over the years, Mithun has worked on several marquee transactions, across sectors and has substantial experience in advising high profile clients on foreign investment laws and their joint ventures, strategic acquisitions, India entry and exit strategies, integration work streams, pre-litigation/ arbitration strategic advisory etc. Some of his anchor clients over the last decade include AGCO Corporation, McCormick Inc., British American Tobacco, UPS Inc., Goldman Sachs, Blackstone and Partners Group. Miranda has nearly two decades of legal practice and is fluent in English and Japanese. She regularly advises both domestic and international enterprises on transaction structuring, drafting a wide range of transaction documents, and conducting business negotiations across diverse commercial matters.

Her experience spans a broad array of industries, including datacenters, retail, tooling and machining, manufacturing, sporting goods and equipment, services, finance, renewable energy, media, telecommunications, software, gaming, food, publishing, fashion, medicine, and construction. She has successfully assisted clients in completing numerous complex transactions and has extensive experience conducting due diligence on targets in various sectors. Miranda specializes in designing transaction structures, drafting transactional documents, and leading negotiations. She provides not only comprehensive and practical legal strategies but also innovative, tailor-made solutions addressing clients’ unique commercial needs and transaction challenges.

In recent years, Miranda has frequently advised on projects involving datacenters, offshore wind farms, geothermal energy, and solar energy. She collaborates closely with international law firms to provide legal support on matters such as the introduction of new sponsors, shareholding transactions, facility construction, project financing, and regulatory permitting.
